Energy Account Manager

Your key responsibility will be the on-going management and development of a portfolio of corporate accounts. Reporting to a Project Manger, you will work closely with dedicated internal support and operate within a mid-level management position.The role will entail complex problem solving, the provision of bespoke reports, presenting to and liaising with clients and ensuring their expectations of our service are exceeded. The role is predominantly office based.

We are seeking an exceptional individual, who can combine a meticulous, systematic approach with innovation, ambition and a commitment to customer satisfaction.You will be degree qualified and emanate from a utilities background, with a demonstrable successful track record of at least 5 years account management. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical, analytical and presentation skills and be a fluent communicator at all levels. IT Manager

The ongoing management of a small I.T. department,with the specific focus of both increasing its capability and functionality whilst ensuring our customers, continue to receive first class technical support. The position has the following key objectives:
