Energy Account Manager
£21k - £27,250

Your key responsibility will be the on-going management and development of a portfolio of corporate accounts. Reporting to a Project Manger, you will work closely with dedicated internal support and operate within a mid-level management position.The role will entail complex problem solving, the provision of bespoke reports, presenting to and liaising with clients and ensuring their expectations of our service are exceeded. The role is predominantly office based.

We are seeking an exceptional individual, who can combine a meticulous, systematic approach with innovation, ambition and a commitment to customer satisfaction.You will be degree qualified and emanate from a utilities background, with a demonstrable successful track record of at least 5 years account management. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical, analytical and presentation skills and be a fluent communicator at all levels. Strong relationship management skills are essential as there will be close interaction with clients including regular visits.

Working as part of a team you will be reponsible for supporting senior staff in the tendering, evaluation and placement of major utility contracts, involving liaison with customers/suppliers, analysis and evaluation of data, developing reports, data input and retrieval.You will be an ardent administrator numerate, IT literate, proficient with Excel and most ideally emanating from the utility industry or a technical, financial or buying background.

IT Manager

The ongoing management of a small I.T. department,with the specific focus of both increasing its capability and functionality whilst ensuring our customers, continue to receive first class technical support. The position has the following key objectives:

To manage, supervise and implement IT related projects, to deadlines.
To turn the IT Department into a customer-facing unit,which provides solutions that
add value to the business.
To develop our on-line services and assist in the resulting business development
To manage and develop a small team of IT staff, including conducting monthly

You will possess a good mix of technical,management and presentational abilities, including an understanding of general commercial issues. The role may involve travel throughout the UK although your key territory will be the North West. Ensuring that targets are met and exceeded for both individuals and the department as a whole. You will develop and maintain our sales forecasts and present internal sales reports at Partner level. The position will involve the preparation of contracts and proposal documents along with direct sales to some of the UK’s largest companies.
